Miner Hosting

For this site, we are looking for a partner to develop mining infrastructure. This site requires a deposit to be held in escrow for the DD period and significant CAPEX on the client side. This is in order to construct any infrastructure required to support your mining equipment. The client on side does not need to handle power generation. Scheduled completion date is Q2 2023. Miner Hosting at this site is all-inclusive, meaning rack space, Ethernet, leasing, security, cables and power are all part of the hosting cost. All we need is your miners! 800kW is available with a 3-week deployment time, and up to 40MW is available all together. This site is powered by natural gas , and all regulatory permits are already taken care of. The initial deposit for hosting at this site is 2 months of power costs.

Featuring a large Solar™ T-70 gas turbine and and reciprocating engines, this site has plenty of power generation that is already installed and ready to energize your mining equipment. On this site, you can BYOC or lease a container.

Constructed from a converted peaker plant and powered by natural gas, this site delivers the peak in reliability and technology. This site is BYOC, meaning that you will need to bring your own container, or lease/purchase it from us. The minimum deposit at this site is 2 months, and the total power delivery is 6MW, with all of that available as of Q4 ’22. This site can be fully deployed within a month.

Power cost at this site is very low and lots of power is available, meaning that this site is perfect for institutional clients. All power on site comes from natural gas generation and regulatory approvals are currently in progress. Availability for hosting is 4 months, and the minimum contract length is 2 years. The starting deposit at this site is 4 months.

Like Limon Site A, this site is located just outside Limon, Colorado. This site is available immediately and has generation included. Regulatory approvals are already taken care of. All you need to get mining here is a datacenter pod full of miners. Power is generated from natural gas. The starting deposit at this site is equivalent to 2 months of power costs.
