Noah Cramer – Co-Founder & CEO
With a rich background in tech and a long history in Bitcoin Mining, WRM’s founding was a long time coming for Noah. He started Bitcoin mining in 2012 on his gaming computer and has been operating home mining rigs ever since. Noah’s long-term market and mining experience means that he can operate on both the business and technical sides of the table. Previous work in SCADA and industrial automation sparked Noah’s uncommon gravitation toward simplicity and reliability that he reflects in WRM’s power products.
Pierce McWilliams – Co-Founder & COO
Pierce is a tenacious co-founder with a passion for optimized and automated operations, global purchasing and logistics. He also leads business development, sales and marketing. Like all co-founders do, he wears many titles all at once. Leveraging a family business history of technology and operational risk management, Pierce ensures we make risk-informed decisions to give our clients confidence in our products and services.
Carter Johnson – Account Executive
Carter has a versatile background with experience in engineering, geology, sustainability, and business marketing. These critical skills help provide a unique and diverse understanding of site operations. Carter plays a role in business development and marketing teams, prioritizing product quality and customer relations.
